The Casa draped on the hill next to the sea and the city and the natural park is one of a kind. We designed a space with our concept that makes it the unique space on a unique spot. We design spaces with a story by making an art object of it. With giving the  a story through the whole building we give it a meaning and inspire you to UP grade your living.

 

The story in the Casa is about the spot where healthy happy honest hot living is related to the local ingredients. Just at this spot all ingredients are available to create this living.

 

The Casa is divided into 5 departments and every one has its own story to tell about UP-grading your Living. And with this we create a unique setting you never experienced before. The design is done by our creative team done many impressive projects.

JOYJOYJOY DESIGN CREATING UPGRADING IN YOUR LIFE

 

Our design is creating a setting UP-grade your living. With eco stylish and honest products we designed a pure and natural space. Everything is sustainable creating a better living for you.

 

Its a Space with a story with an expo through the whole house with art and design. Its about your living in balance with nature. The story is humanistic, teasing and inspiring.

 

The Casa is ecolicious designed with solar energy, mini milieustations in the house, we dry the sheets and towels in the open air, we separate all the garbage, we use led light, the cleaning materials are natural, we have shutters to cool the house, use an electric car for transport and think about up-grade this even more. Tips are welcome.

 

There 18 solar panels on the roof which makes it self supporting.

 

To make your world better we build JoyJoyJoy houses for homeless families.

The Casa is located in the middle of a JoyJoyJoy Spot. What makes it so special is the walking distance to the natural park, the beaches, the harbour and the city.

 

You walk to the Magic Mountain Montgo offers a natural park full of exciting hiking routes.

 

The romantic beach at the bay of is down the hill the casa is settled on so you walk down and jump in the water.

 

You walk to the impressive harbour with big piers and many restaurants and clubs.

 

You walk to the old city with the old Roman castle, 400 restaurants, romantic streets and squares, elegant streets, chic boutiques and terraces everywhere.

THE LOCATION IN DEPARTMENT VALENCIA

 

Joyjoyjoy Casa is setteld in the green most eastern part of Spain La Marina Alta.  A hilly fruitfull landscape filled with orange plantages, olive trees and wine yards. The perfect surrounding for hiking and biking. Little villages and towns offer a charming setting for a trip looking for markets or a lunch at the beach. Its located in the Valencia District with the lovely city Valencia on a little hour driving.

 

The airports Valencia and Alicante are both 1 hour driving and offers both much daily flights for good prices. The car rentals are very reasonable. Also from Alicante there is a sustainable connection by tram with the station just 10 minutes walk from the Casa.

JOYJOYJOY  POOL

 

The pool is the blue hart of the recover setting at joyjoyjoy Casa. Swimming in the pool your overlooking the impressive green area and the Massive Montgo enjoying your swim.

 

The pool has the sizes, it counts 6 by 14 meters, of a hotel pool.  To support your healthy goals it has olympic stripes to facilitate your sportive attitude.

 

Take a dive from the diving board and get cool into the steep water . The other side of the pool offers you a gentle entrance with stairs and a level to stand for the more relaxt bath. So everybody is happy.

TERRACES SURROUNDING THE POOL

 

Terraces surrounds the pool with many beds and chairs offer you a comfortable setting. The Acapulco beds and chairs are handmade in Mexico to support the local economy there. The chic 60’s look creates an stylish Mediterranean atmosphere.

 

From every terrace at several levels you can enjoy the sun which is shining here from early in the morning until late in the evening. There are umbrellas to offer you shadow.

 

The views are spectacular with the mountain Mont Go and the valley and the mountains until Valencia.

 

There are big pool towels for free. They are fair made offering people in Tunesie a live-able income. They special made for us with a design related to the story in the case.

 

We can offer you service at the pool with fresh food, coffee, wine and champagne within a special treatment.

JOYJOYJOY  TERRACES

 

The casa is surrounded by lovely terraces, patio’s and veranda’s. There all atmospheric and filled with plants in white cubes. The floors are made with the local flagstones.  Surrounded by Ibiza fences the terraces offers great views on the nature, the city and the sea.

 

Every department offers its own sun terrace and dining terrace.  Beside there are the shared terraces around the casa, at the pool and on the roof terrace.

 

If you like we can offer gym classes on the roof terrace.

 

The terraces are filled with stylish sustainable furniture made by local craftsman. The cushions to lay down to chill are fair made. The sustainable concept offers furniture with a double function to use for inside and outside.

JOYJOYJOY CASA BY NIGHT

 

At night the Casa is illuminated like a palazzo in a fairy tale. From the street you look at it and yo only want to be part of it and dream away in the night.

 

The lights create a romantic setting around the pool for a dive in the night and to cool down with a cocktail. The lights in the pool makes your swim mysterious.

 

The lights shine on the terraces around the touch areas. Lay down and enjoy the vibe of the magic atmosphere.

 

At the dinning terraces you will have romantic dinners with your friends while soft lights surrounding you.

The views are spectacular with the Healthiest Mountain Mont Go next to you, where the Casa is draped on the outskirts.

 

The green valley below the Mont Go with palm trees and white casas surrounds you. Within the Mount Mont Go and the Mount Pego the Diamont area is stretched out within your scope.

 

The creative city you see below in the valley. Its on walking distance.

 

The sea is nearby and you can hear the waves. From the roof terrace you watch the blue horizon with the harbour.

Eco, honest, re-use and vintage are important ingredients. With timeless design we give it a modern touch. Local made products gives the space character. By making products in the poor countries people are helped to create a future. The total setting is pure and attractive and with many stories.

 

Beside our vision is to create a fair house for you and a fair house for the makers for who we creating houses in small communities in poor countries.

A CASA WITH 5 DEPARTMENTS / ON 3 FLOORS / ALL CONNECTED

 

The lay out of the building consist of 5 departments spread out on 3 floors. Every department has a bathroom and kitchen and several bedrooms and private terraces. While there all connected in a logic way via in between doors and stairs a great house for 18 people is realised.

 

The departments has names related to the unique elements and together they tell you the story of the setting that makes your stay here so special. The Rock refers to the rocky living where you can dance around and celebrate life. The Hill refers to the healthy living at the healthiest hill Mont Go. The Beach refers to al the great beaches you can go to sun, hike, swim, eat and drink. The Sun tells the story about the sun shining above you 300 days a year, giving energy to our living. The Sky is about the all the views you enjoy on the mountains, the natural park, the sea and the city.

The shared pool with big terraces has privacy and is for everybody. There are several shared spaces to organise your event, dinner or workshop.

The sky is designed with the aspects related to the amazing views on the sky above the mountains, the sea and the city.

Where the sun, the moon and the stars plays the glittering hoofdrol high above the city where on the playground the glittering restaurants cook the stars from heaven.

Stars shining from the firmament and stars shining from the earth. A glittering composition creating a delicious setting.

 

The space is draped in a palet of tasty tones varying from light blue, ice blue to creamy pink, light orange and soft yellow. Colors that mirrors the tasty palet draped on your plate in the restaurants, with stars.

THE SKY LIVING

 

The royal living provides you with a every moment changing view on the sky.

The windows are living pictures offering a piece of marvellous art the world is.

You expire the exciting experience nature is so special and make you feel grateful we are part of this intrigues setting.

The universe  high above us makes us thinking on one way how little we are and on the other way how special we are, because we are here on this special planet called earth thats offering us this unique opportunity to live on this amazing planet.

 

A white moon is dropped on the table inviting you to ‘fly to the moon’ and get rid of the busy life we create for ourself and made us think how to do it different.

SKY KITCHEN

 

The big serene white kitchen is the space to create great dinners with your friends.

It includes everything to have a cosy meal with lots of talks an laughs.

 

The white cooker, the white oven, a oven/magnetron, the shaker, the roast machine, the blender and all utilities creates the setting you’r able to cook the stars of heaven.

 

And if you don’t like to cook we are able to serve you with a cook that cook the stars from heaven as this space provides this.

 

There is the main kitchen and the scullery with many cupboards to store your food and drinks. We offer you fair teas, coffees, milk, water and so on to create a warm arrival. Local oil, vinaigrette pepper and salt are there to dress your food. Because we think its luxury if this is on the spot. And also soap, dishwasher soap and cleaning stuff, all sustainable, is ready to support a comfortabel stay.

 

From the kitchen your able to create dinners inside at the long table and outside at the long table in the patio, where also the outside kitchen with the barbecue offers you to fix the best dinners for your  company.

With the serene plates, bowels, glasses and cups in many forms and soft tones, fair and eco chic,  you can decorate the long tables to create festive stylish meals.

The long tables for 20 people, inside and outside, are waiting for you to have all your beloved friends there for long animated dinners until the late hours.

 

Pieces of art telling the story your in an unique setting on this globe, make you think of your role in living.

On the wall beside the table is a sculpture piece of art relating to the city down the Casa, where little streets offering space to stylish walks and romantic settings.

The glass vintage cupboards from France, offering place for the serene ceramics and glass collections.

The white iron table is surrounded by a collection of soft shaded coloured design chairs.

Design and vintage lamps dressed in glass and whites shine the food you created in the white shiny kitchen.

SKY SLEEPING AND BATHING

 

It needs no explanation the beds in The Sky offers you the most relaxed sleep possible.

The firmament forces us to create the softest beds and bedstuff.

On top of the natural mattress we put the softest top mattress covered by eco cotton linen, natural en recycled fibre comforters and cotton plaids.

All beds has double cushions, filled with natural feathers, recycled fibers or memory foam to supply you with the most luxury bed life.

 

The main bedroom is  filled with a romantic four poster bed, queen sized, overlooking the sky.

The white round bed side tables carry white round shaped lamps, referring to the atmosphere.

 

Details like art and art object complete the setting that you even don’t want to sleep.

JOYJOYJOY SKY OUTSIDE DINNER

 

Next to the SKY space you find the stylish big patio with romantic ingredients.

 

The patio covered by a very big old tree creates cool welcome shadows during the warm days.

Under the leaves its a romantic spot to enjoy dinners along the long table for 20 persons.

 

The lights in the wall offering a warm atmosphere in the evening.

The floor is covered by natural local stones.

Grape plants and cactusses complete the mediterranean vibe.

A pergola with rotan lamps complete the natural setting.

Along the white wall we created a white plastered outside traditional Spanish kitchen.

 

Under the wall lamps your able to cook your outstanding outside dinner.

On the barbecue the food can be prepared on wood or cabbage bricks.

We offer all the practical tools to optimise your dinner

Beside there is the possibility to prepare the traditional paella with the gas we supply for free.

 

The terracotta ceramics, fair and vintage, complete your atmospheric outside dinners.

The 5 meters long table offers a royal space for all your friends and family.

 

And when you finished your meal, the fire in the kitchen, provides you with a romantic after dinner session and talks until late.

 

Dinners here are like you dreamed off so enjoy the vibe.

JOYJOYJOY SKY TERRACES

 

In front of THE SKY you find the old veranda under a roof tiled rood.

Here a chill bench offers you the view on the sky.

The coffee table surrounded by the chill bench and some chairs is a top spot to dream away overlooking the sky and the surrounding area.

 

In the hanging chairs your drifting away from daily reality by just going back and forth overlooking the valley.

 

In front of the veranda you find the terrace with views on the Montgo and the sky getting overwhelmed by the magnificent sun downing, while sipping from your cold white whine.

JOYJOYJOY SUN LIVING

 

The Sun living on the top floor has amazing views on the nature and the sun ofcourse….

 

The living is dressed in a contemporary 70’s look where classics form those days create a atmosphere to supply you with warmth.

The gold cognac bench is a master piece, the wooden chairs are 70’s shaped and made bu hand in Indonesia by a small corporation. The white round table is from France bought at an anitiquair.

 

Details like the 60’s cupboard, the natural stone window plateau and the rotan chairs tell you the story about nature and sun.

 

Round sunny carpets draped on the floor makes you feel jump in the sky.

Antique pieces of ceramic let you know this is real nature and pureness in the space.

Stalled on some old beams of the Casa you find a design collection of cups, glasses and plates in cognac, gold and yellow mirroring the sun’s dna.

 

The kitchenette  with a gentle sink a modern white tab and a wooden top offers place to make your fair teas and coffees. All the ingredients are there for you.

 

In the fridge behind the finca wooden door with the copper bowl sun knob you can store your fresh fruits and greens to upgrade your health even more.

 

There is a oven/magnetron to prepare meals but we guess we will find you in the city with its 400 restaurants. Why cooking when thats within your possibilities.

 

The glass door facilitate entrance to the lovely patio.

SUN BATH AND BED ROOMS

 

The bedroom in the Sun has two comfy beds offering you great space with a total size of 180 by 200. Covered by eco cotton sheets and several plaids its up to you to design a good night. Several cushions are garnished against the rotan board formed by the shining sun, so you can choose the cushion you like.

 

The gold shiny night stands topped with 2 vintage lamps offer space to upload your phone.

The vintage rotan high cupboard offers enough space for you.

A bambou roude hanging on the sealing for your garderobe.

 

The bathroom dressed in white beton ciré has a shower, a toilet and a sink made from wood in Indonesia and standing on the white beton ciré cupboard.

The stro mirror that shines will make you smile every morning when you meet yourself. Have a happy day!!

In front of the Sun you find a sunny private terrace. And in the back you find a patio in the shadow perfect for the hot summer days.

 

From the front terrace your overlooking the  sunny valley. The sundowning her is magic.

 

The furniture is made from wood and is comfortable for the warm days.

From the terrace you walk to the pool on the other side of the building.

Here you find mor terraces also.

SUN TERRACES

 

The Sun has a magic romantic patio.

Covered by an immense tree it really feels like the tropics.

 

Along the wall is the outside kitchen to prepare your food on the bbq.

The white kitchen is a Mediterranean model emphasised by the antique terracotta ceramics like bowls, cups, carafs and wine cooler.

Let the delicious dinners start…..

JOYJOYJOY DEPARTMENT BEACH

 

The BEACH is related to the marvellous beaches  down the Casa.

Down the hill of the Casa you enjoy the city beach along the bay, with magnificent views on the hills, the harbour and the city.

Behind the harbour the kite beach located on a swallow bay.

To the north the golden beaches are stretched until Valencia,

with many waterspout locations.

To the south the rocky beach with romantic beaches run until the Cape Sant Antoin.

 

There part of the impressive nature that surrounds you.

And the unique ingredients the Diamond spot includes.

Where the story of the Casa is about.

Sourcing around the world we did not see a place like this.

And definitely defined this spot as our hottest and hippest and healthiest.

 

The story in the Beach is told with design and art based on this unique setting of a city layed down at the coast with the most best beaches you ever saw.

BEACH  LIVING-ROOM

 

The Beach living looks over the healthiest mountain Mont Go.

From early to late the sun offers you a beach atmosphere.

 

The living consist of a great lounge area with long stretched benches filled with cushions and many fauteuils to fall down and talk until the late hours.

 

With art, design and books the story is told about this special setting.

Everywhere you experience the beach vibe with blue tones, fishes, sandy colors and water related art.

 

The raw furniture is made from recycled wood. The cushions are made from textile based on recycled cloth and recycled pet. The table is vintage with an old wood top. Art is reflecting the beach atmosphere. Books about the fishers and the surfers are on the tables.

BEACH KITCHEN

 

The Beach has a kitchen stretched out over 8 meters.

With a top of old wood its a unique piece.

The wall lamps shine over a eclectic collection of cups and glasses made by hand.

 

All the machines are there to comfort you and to create a healthy meal to UP grade your living.

A toaster is there to re-use your old bread and make delicious toasties.

The cookplate is induction to safe energy.

The black crane and the black sink are modern styled.

BEACH BEDROOMS

 

The Beach has 3 bedrooms filled with comfy beds topped with mattresses  with an  extra layer of soft foam.

Dressed with eco cotton and several layers of coverages and many cushions we created an ultimate setting to dream the night away.

 

Vintage cupboards, stylish bedside tabels and natural racks compete the setting.

The decorative silk pillows are made in India by a small cooperation.

 

The decorations on the walls are fair made by small artists and local designers.

 

All this ingredients make you sleep while your world gets UP-graded.

BEACH BATHROOM

 

The Beach bathroom is the largest in the Casa with a warm bath, a fresh shower and a frame from old wood with on top 2 ceramic sinks.

 

Marble lamps shine on the sinks.

The fohn is ready for your hair.

The furniture is recycled and vintage.

DEPARTMENT BEACH / THE TERRACE

 

The private terrace offers sun the whole day.

 

The handmade table is surrounded by blue natural chairs, with the beach vibe.

 

Plants are  lushy growing in the planters.

 

A white stone bench offer place to enjoy your morning coffee.

 

The views on the natural area where white villas are draped are amazing.

Birds are flying over the valley.

The lush green palms cover the sky.

In front of the Beach a long stretched bench supply you a spot to lay down all day, reading, chilling, talking with your friends.

The interior cushions are designed to fit also on the outside furniture.

The inside outside living comes to an optimum.

Thats relax and lay down…

 

Pots with plant creates a bohemian atmosphere.

 

The Mediterranean stairs with the white wall, reach directly to the pool with all his various terraces and furniture.

 

JOYJOYJOY DEPARTMENT  HILL

 

The story of the Casa that tells how the Casa is connected with the unique

ingredients of this Diamond spot.

One of this ingredients is the hills where the nature is so green and lush.

 

The  Casa is dropped on one of these hills.

The hill most close to the beach and the city

From her hill she is overlooking the hill landscape.

On the back the famous Mont Go arise.

 

This landscape creates the healthiest spot in the world (WHO).

Its the best climate for nature and human being.

 

The healthy surrounding makes that lush green is wildly growing with

plantages with oranges, almonds, olives and wine grapes are draped around.

The healthiest Hill of the world.

 

The story of the Hill Space is to inspire you, like all our stories, and give the space a meaning.

The concept of the story and the design makes it a piece of art.

You life in an artwork.

 

The healthy Hill makes you think of the nature and her impact on you.

It creates awareness  that in fact we are nature.

And that nature give all the ingredients to life healthy.

The best thing we can eat are the fresh products from nature.

The best thing for our life is to move through nature.

The best thing for our mind is to relax in the nature.

 

And beside its all for free.

The design in the Hill space is telling the story of this healthy ingredients that nature supplies.

 

Everywhere is art to under scribe the meaning of the space.

One wall is totally covered by an artwork telling the story about the hills nature and the people using it.

Its the ambiguous relation between nature and people as we need nature as most important element to life, and at the same time we treat her like she is not important.

The painting reads as a book….in every detail is a story.

And every shape has a meaning.

You can look for hours and still see new things in it.

 

We offer artists free space to create there art here.

Boxie, the Dutch artist, was living in the Casa and made this art during his stay.

The colours are related to the surrounding with lots of greens in all tones.

Filled with citron yellow brush strokes, orange, red and pink drops like fruit in the trees and flowers in the fields.

Gold ingredients reflects the sun giving her energy to the healthiest hill the whole year round.

 

The interior is sourced locally and naturally of course.

 

The furniture is made from honest recycled wood draped with green cushions made in India by hand.

 

The vintage table is surrounded by green chairs that are for inside/outside.

 

Rotan lamps  tables and accessories are made locally in Gata de Gorgos, the rotan manufacturers village on the other side of the Mont Go.

 

THE HILL LIVING AND KITCHEN AREA

 

Pieces of antique are everywhere sourced in shops and markets locally but also brought from everywhere in the world.

We brought this treasures during the trips we made to make our products with local people in developing countries.

 

The Hill space offers a big area to relax and work.

 

The kitchen with a granito top referring to the riverbeds coming from the hill, is topped with a copper tap and dressed with a fridge and microwave/grill and a dishwasher to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

A golden watercooker mirrors the sun. A separate cooker with an oven is there to make your bread warm and crispy.

 

We offer local oils, what else if we are in the middle of it.

And next to it vinegar, pepper and salt.

Fair coffee and teas are there for you including sugar, milk and water welcomes you.

THE HILL BATH AND BED ROOMS

 

In the bedroom you jump between the eco sheets on the bamboo matras between lots of cushions, on the hand made recycled wood bed.

 

From your green soft bed you jump in your green fresh bathroom.

One of the best ways to get up up up and start a day full of UP-grading.

 

In the white bathroom the water in the white shower streams from the white tab.

This white painting is the ultimate base to find ingredients that make you think of the nature your in like the vintage rotan mirror, the golden sunny tab, the rock grey sink, the wood baskets for toiletpaper and the bamboe sticks to hang your towels.

 

The towels are natural cotton and fair to dry your body with softness.

The soaps are pure and honest.

From the bed you look through the terrace door giving entrance to a big chill terrace with benches between the green, overlooking the hills, of course.

 

Above the cupboard is the wicker donkey, a classic figure in this area, made by hand in the next village, looking at you and wish you a dreamy sleep.

 

An iron green cupboard and a hanging department with a bamboe stick offers enough space to store you garderobe.

As every space has his own private terraces, the Hill has even the biggest terraces.

In the shadow of the Casa the sitting area offers a cool spot the whole day.

 

Its located next to the door to the living area where you can fix your coffee within 5 meters.

 

The design of the art objects like the recycled vase with local plumes, vases from the 70’s, the green iron cactus, the recycled benches, the hand made table from Indonesia, refers to the healthiest spot you are and let your respect for nature grow, as we intend to do for nature herself.

That the terrace overlooks the hills we don’t need to say …just see it.

And be overwhelmed… we still are every day…even when we work hard on the creating proces.

 

The terraces are made from very very very local stones.

Just stand up on the terrace look to the right and far away in the hills you see the sandy spot where the tiles are made from nature.

The organic mosaic design is a classic local pattern used for floors and walls.

 

The brown beams between the white pillars are the same as the pillars for the electricity wires that creates a drawing above the valley willed with white houses.

 

On the terrace you can sip on the vintage bench draped with the cushions from inside in a corner between the cactuses.

A swinging chair surprises you with a nice shadow corner overlooking the hills while cradle relaxed up and down, like everything in life..that goes up and down.

 

A lazy sunbed for 2 people at the sunbath terrace is made to sleep.

Sleep is a special design from nature and sleeping in the nature is the double of the best.

JOYJOYJOY  DEPARTMENT  ROCK

 

The story of the Rock Space refers to another unique item why living on the Diamond spot is so special.

With a city with the most fiestas in Spain, aiming to celebrate every thing you can celebrate.

And all the clubs, disco’s and music bars makes this spot one of the most ‘fiesta’ cities there is.

 

The Rock story refers to this fiesta living with all facilities to celebrate life.

Its the symbolic story experiencing life should be a fiesta.

That joining it with the people around you creates the hart beat.

So rock around and make the right moves.

 

The space is designed with ingredients to make you feel life is so beautiful we should celebrate this.

There is the bar as a symbol to have a drink and a good talk with your friends.

A kitchen to cook paella as this is the classic food to share with others.

A concrete floor to dance and rock on the rhythm’s of the music.

So rock around but take care of the other people living on the hill.

THE ROCK LIVING

 

Make a fiesta of living by playing with friends and make fun.

The ping pong table is there for your games together.

Use the sport tools to challenge each other and move around and get sweat.

 

As culture is part of a fiesta life you can watch good movies on the big screen with the size of a little home cinema.

The space has a BIG window that can be opened to make the garden part of the inside.

Located on the South the sun shines the whole day to give you energie.

 

The club is nestled next to the bar with a collection of club chairs to have a drink and a good talk with your neighbour.

The club chairs are sourced carefully and judged on the most relaxed character.

The natural copper fragmented lamps creates an intimate atmosphere part of the club vibe.

The Rock space is designed with a cool mix of furniture, art, design and accessoires.

 

Funny details make you smile and looking at the texts part of the art make you think about how to create a life that is a fiesta.

 

The antique furniture we found on markets in the Diamond spot dressed the space with elegant luxury.

The design object makes you feel your really on a special spot.

Old English leather club fauteuils ask you to sip your whiskey with them.

The vintage bar is the place to hang around or the ideal dj boot.

THE ROCK COOK AREA

 

Its not only paella you can create in this typical old finca kitchen.

With help from the 60’s fridge you can cook also the authentic local albondigas.

On the grill the original Denia fresh gamba’s, bought at the fisher market, make a tango with the garlics.

And the food fiesta goes to a highlight preparing fresh inkt fish in the oven.

 

The collection of tools and ceramics are a combination of the traditionals finding roots in Spain, with hand painted design objects.

All mixed up in the colours of the Rock, whats the Casa’s  strong foundation, and whats founding in the surrounding area.

Grey’s, anthracites, browns, whites, sands, and blues are fighting for attention.

 

The white plaster walls with the pure wood doors, the authentic tiled walls and tops makes this the most Mediterranean cook spot in the casa.

One wall is filled with pebbles sources on the beach and every stone is a treasure.

THE ROCK BATH AREA

 

If there is a bathroom made with local products and having a chic style its this.

Marble tiles in natural rocky colours covering the space you say a very good morning after you wake up.

We hope a fresh good morning but with all that fiestas it could be you need a cold shower.

That cold shower is a perfect start for every morning, beating your hart and rocking your body.

And it saves the world. What more can you get!

 

The black rain shower will help you with a splash of cold, or if you really like warm, water to start the day fullll of energy!!!

 

After doing your daily ritual for the mirror the coffee waits made with the nespresso machine.

Take it walk to the pool, via the stylish stair house, and relax in the sunny sun beds.

And start the day, overlooking the most healthy nature, realising another fiesta day is there for you to fill.

THE ROCK BEDROOMS

 

Surrounded by vintage objects and locally made furniture you find a GREAT bed.

Filled with cushions, eco sheets and susty bedstuff you can sleep while the day is started already.

Don’t worry, take your sleeptime, the nights in Deli Denia are loooong…..

So you will live with the vibe that every part of the day can be filled with luck.

The bed lamps we found on the local market. The one with the wood 70’s design was found by a poor guy, trying to earn some money. as in Spain there are a lot of poor people.

Happy he was he sold this for a fair price so he could by food for the next day.

 

The windows are original Spanish wood examples with shutters to close the sun outside.

Close them to have a real quiet night not disturbed by the sun light.

The concrete floor is all over and covers also the second bed room.

The handmade bed is covered with a 70’s design plaid.

The typical 80’s lamps  are mounted on the wall and offering light during reading a book when you need some relax time.

For you we hope the fiestas are ended then.

 

if you still need to work, although you are in first setting with a fiesta vie, so good luck, the modern  secretary offers you place to open your labtop and earn some money.

 

In one of the corners your able to chill on the cushions, although they are also ment to use outside, so hopefully they are there then.

THE ROCK GARDEN PATIO

 

The garden is a lush one because of the tropical tree stretching out his twigs all over it.

It creates a sultry vine as the tree creates the shadow you like in summers while also its a natural statement itself.

 

Local plants are planted in the many planters in the garden creating a hobo atmosphere.

The vintage 60’s table is surrounded by 80’s chairs, creating that eclectic atmosphere.

 

Fences made from recycled material from the old finca creates an intimate garden.

The whole day the garden is full of sun and we are happy the neighbours has this tree to serve us creating a lush garden atmosphere.

THE ECOLICIOUS LAUNDRY

 

Because the sun is shinning so many hours in this spot installed the solar panels so the sun is cleaning the pool and creating light when you need it.

 

And the sun is also so helpful to dry the laundry sometimes even more quick that with a dryer machine. At the roof terrace is a constellation with lines where you may see some linnen waving in the wind. It will make you romantic we hope and hopeful we hope as with this kind of simple things we UP-grade our livings.

 

And os if you see some spot on the sheets dont think its not clean as we are very clean its just some nature that passed by your sheet. Smile and think about your natural self that part of that nature system to.

THE LOCATION / JOYJOYJOY OUR BEACH AT THE BAY

 

Its not a fairy tail but just under our hill you find the charming city beach on 5 minutes walk. Stretched at a bay with swallow clear water in all blue colours. Surrounded by green trees and hilly views.

 

In the bay thats not deep its great to swim. Two riffs create the swallow water to swim or to do water sport like windsurfing. The beach is sandy where your feats feel the sand between your tows.

 

In summer times you lay down at the Beach where they serve tequilas and fresh fish, with your feet in the sand. A perfect spot to play with a ball.

 

The views on the surrounding area are amazing. The city, with the majestic burght on tje north side, the hill Mont Go that appears on the back and the hilly green area of rotas on the south side creates a lovely setting.

This all makes the Casa a perfect spot we didn’t thought we could ever found it.

At the city beach is a hip beach club located serving fresh fish, catches that day, in crates with ice, disposed.

While sitting with your tones in the sand , enjoying the marvellous food.

Romantic lights shine all around you.

You feel like your in a movie.

The fish gets prepared on your table sitting on the wood chairs in the sand.

 

People from the city sitting at the bar telling stories of the day gone by.

The gentle waves strolling around the sandy beach talking quiet  with the coast line.

The moon appears on the horizon raising up from the skyline.

The light of the moon shines gentle on the sand.

Stars are high above you.

 

People around you talk and laugh.

Its a hot spot where people gathering to enjoy the night vibe.

After finishing your meal and wines its a little way up the hill to get back to the Casa and your bed to get a sleep drunk from the magic night.

The city beach in a half round is laid down next to the harbour.

From the harbour the views are stunning.

 

There is a boulevard route from the city to the cape Saint Antoin from 8 km.

The route you can walk, run of bike.

Along the route you see people strolling, sporting or biking.

Take your running shoes with you to join.

 

Along the route you find amazing views.

In the night the romantic lights ask you to hug your beloved.

 

The moon is rising from the sea.

 

The beach club at the bay is lightened with fires at the beach.

A cool and romantic atmosphere, like a movie, to drop your tones in the sand for a fresh fish dinner or a sweet wine moment.

After the dinner the waitress offers you a sweet wine, made in the hills back wards Deli Denia.

And after that is lovely to strawle along the beach before get back to the Casa for a deep sleep.

 

And this is all a 5 minutes walk from the Casa.

It makes us so lucky every time.

The city beach spread down from the Casa is a lovely beach to settle.

The swallow undeep sea aks you to swim or to sub.

If you like kiting of windsurfing you can get loose.

Or go there with a ball and play football in the sand.

 

In the casa  are beds to take with you.

Also the beach club has white beds to lay down and make use of the service of the drinks and good coffees they offer.

 

In the casa you find balls and other beach play materials to optimise your lucky living.

THE MOUNTAIN MONTGO BEHIND THE CASA

 

From the Casa you walk along the beach an go up the mountain Montgo to enjoy a great view on the  city, the harbour and the surrounding hills.

Its just half an hour walk to reach this magnificent point of view.

 

Here you also find the medieval towers to protect the city against invaders.

 

From here your able to walk to Xabia in an hour, crossing the flat area under the Mont Go.

Its a nice and easy walk discovering magic views and a lovely natural park.

 

In Xabia several nice restaurants serve you a coffee or a lunch before you head back for Deli Denia.

And if you dont want to walk back take aks a ride from all the cars that drive to Deli Denia from the round about under the hill Mont Go.

Just like we do.

THE BEACHES SOUTH FROM THE CASA

 

The Casa is located in Las Rotas.

The most romantic green and exclusive area.

Little beaches are dropped along a line rocks and trees.

 

A path of about 6 kilometers runs along rocky beaches.

Lovely houses wrapped in green are settled along the route.

Behind you see the majestic mountain Mont Go.

Down the blue see touches the rocks.

 

Around every corner there you find a romantic little beach.

 

Its the perfect setting to walk and enjoy, or to run and feel sporty.

Severall restaurants are sprawled around the route.

 

Here you can take a coffee during a break.

Or walk to the restaurant for a fine dining event.

 

The restaurants are famous because of the fresh fish.

They have all terraces overlooking the sea.

Order your gamba’s or the fresh fish with a white wine and look over the sea with Deli Denia on one side and the Cape Saint Antoin on the other side.

El Farallo offers the best Gamba’s in a chique setting.

Helios is one of our favourites to join coffee or tapas.

El Pegoli has this wonderfull terrace with a cosy atmosphere.

L’erico del Trampoli is a hip establishment with a bohemian setting offering great paella’s and good food.

Hotel de la Racona offers nice food in the beautifull garden.

At Sendra you find an old school Spanish environment.

At the end of the path you find Mena, one of the most old restaurants of Deli Denia.

 

 

At every corner of the route along las Rotas the views are stunning.

The sea, the rocks, the green and the houses create a painting every moment of the day.

 

Many artists where painting here there art because of the setting and the wonderful light.

From the terrace of Helios, overlooking Deli Denia and the sea, its great to have a drink surrounded by locals.

 

Denia is not that touristic, beside Spanish people.

They tourist coming here are mainly from Madrid to join there beach house, that is from the family since ages.

 

Helios is a favourite spot to gather and do a drink watching the sun goes down.

And after that the most fresh fish is served, hearing the sea nibbling the rocks.

 

The sun downings are marvellous from las Rotas.

 

Take a dive from one of the beaches from las Rotas and experience the sweet romantic atmosphere swimming when the sun goes down.

Everywhere along the route are small beaches and views on the city.

At the end you watch the impressive Cape de Sant Antoin.

From the casa its a little hike to the city at the sea and the harbour with many cosy neighbourhoods.

 

In the middle of the city  arises a hill where an old castle is on top of it. The castle dated from the Roman times is a historical beauty. Every where in the city, the harbour and the surroundings you watch her impressive cool attitude.

 

Above the city on the terraces overlooking the sea and the environment you feel impressed by the beauty. Overlooking the city, green area, the magic Mont GO, the hills along Las Rotas, the beaches until Valencia, you get impressed. The blue sea is all around. The romantic city is laid down under you on the border of the sea and the harbour.

The city is looking at you telling her story without words.

Antique churches expose there towers rising along the blue sky.

The pattern of the medieval streets are beneath you.

The impressive harbour shows you her importance.

Far down you see the rows of boats and the ferries go up and down the Balleares.

In the fisher village you find Els Magazinos.

Its a unique setting with lots of restaurants, magical romantic terraces, a club on the roof, a gallery and may bars.

when you walk through the stylish entrance you will be surprised with this great setting.

In the middle of the fisher village you find a lovely little square under palm trees.

Its filled with terraces, where the sound of people eating and talking raise to heaven.

THE OLD HARBOUR

 

The old harbour part of the city is made of a strengt of medieval building.

 

White buildings from the old days dropped side by side mostly filled with restaurants treating you on good food or authentic ice cream.

 

In summer times here a hippie market supplies you with the possibility to stroll  and find original hand made products from artists.

JOYJOYJOY THE RESTAURANTS

 

The city is famous for her gastronomy.

Its a UNESCO creative city for gastronomy.

 

 

The spot is filled with more than 400 restaurant. From the city to the beaches, on the campo and in the hills you find spaces to feed your body and soul.

Hip restaurants offers trendy hip and happening menues.

The classic ones make you smile with the perfect paella’s.

It makes us so lucky, every day.

La chica de ayer with the great patio and bands in the weekends.

Bailador where you can dance on latin beats until the morning.

Dorian Grey with the rockbands getting you rock around.

 

And the most great thing is that everybody is there and has a party time.

All kind of people with all kind of colours surrouding you creating an eclectic atmosphere.

Deli Denia is a Boutique city and in the night thats best visible.

Before going to dance everybody has dinners in all the interesting restaurants with character.

 

The restaurants are spread over the city from the beaches to the harbours to the countryside and to the inner city.

In the city the Carrer Lloreto is a cluster of all kind of restaurants and bars.

The narrow street filled with classic buildings offers any establishment you prefer.

 

At Escoleta the traditional Spanish food gets a new impulse with a fine tuned kitchen.

The atmosphere is classic hip with an interior to taste even you don’t yet have your food.

 

At Tasca Del Monges the setting is inspired by the nons that lives here before.

The food is pure and honest, as also the prices are.

 

Tasca ElsTomassetes offers fresh food from the campo and has even a little market place where the fresh food is distributed.

Beside the romantic inside you can join your meal in the lushy inside patio under the blue sky.

 

 

El Greco is dressed in a simple gentle nordic outfit.

In the bleached setting delicious meals are offered treating your gastronomic  ambitions.

 

Hostel Lloreto is one of the older guys in the scenery where in the stylish classic  patio the dinner tasted sweet under the statue of maria.

Another unique ingredient in the world is the 1 kilometer plane trees surrounding the main street in the centre.

The old majestic trees form an archery bow above the Carrer del Marques de Campo making her the most romantic shopping avenue.

Filled with terraces the ascending voices climb in the trees above the avenue.

The filtered light creates soft shadows and the leaves provides a cool atmosphere during the warm lazy summer days.

 

The classic buildings with wooden shutters and warm colours, stand side by side, gently overlooking the wandering people.

 

Ice creams in all tastes are spread all over the Avenue from the hip Llaolao to the classic Heladeria Verdú.

Its not possible to strawle around without at least drink one coffee at one of the countless establishments.

And indeed still there is enough space left for many shops counting the popular brands like Mango, Intimissimi, Desigual, Natura and many more, beside the many local boutiques with a tasteful high end style.

There are 3 hospitals, even more than in Amsterdam, all the big brands and every shop you need.

 

Every sector of the city has its own character and dynamic.

The lay out consist of a few central districts with the old harbour, the old fisher village, the antique castle with the small streets around her, the bohemian classic centre the Carrer del Marques del Campo in the hart surrounded by man nice streets, the outgoing area with restaurants and dance bars and clubs, the modern harbour with the luxury restaurants and bars and the 60’s areas offering place to the creative industry and local shops.

 

And everywhere you see the architectorial details your eyes are treated on.

JOYJOYJOY HARBOUR

 

The harbour of the Diamont is one of the most great and luxury of spain.

Impressive yachts lay row by row in the ever sunny climate.

Splashed in the water with the medieval city on the background it forms the astonishing picture.

 

Equipes are working on the yachts and looking around proud there one of the team.

in the whole harbour its buzzing with people enjoying there ships.

The views from the harbour on the mountain are always impressive.

Whatever the moment of the day the look feels stunning.

 

The Mont Go on the back and the hills along the beaches are impressive.

The water in the bay in front of the city beach is always blue and shiny.

 

The two piers stretched in the sea offering amazing views.

Its a magic setting.

THE HARBOUR BY NIGHT

 

Dont ever think the nights are boring.

Here the night offers you also great fun.

 

The harbour attracts you on a delicious setting while overlooking the boats sipping your drinks at the terraces or the clubs.

 

And full moon of not the parties goes on.

When it gets dark the views are almost more stylish.

The lights shine for you to give you the optimal feeling of being in a unique setting.

 

While the music sounds you can dance or just take a drink.

Cocktails are all around in the bars and clubs.

 

At the magic nightclub Zensa with the pool on the roof its party time until the morning.

At the north pier a building like a luxury boat arise where on the topdeck is club Sounders.

At the nights its crowded with charming people dressed in cocktail outfits.

One of the romantic things in Spain is the way people like to be dressed….and i mean they are dressed….with the most beautifull outfit topped with matching shoes and bags. You go OUT with capitals.

THE HARBOUR UNDER THE MONT GO

 

Also in the harbour the BIG Mont Go is like the Table Mountain in Cape Town a landmark thats designing the spot.

The masts of the trees jabs in the air against the background of the strong Mont Go.

Manifest and proud it stand there and is present from where you look.

 

 

The shape is similar to the Tabel Mountain a big rock with a flat top like a wall in the land scape.

 

This Mont Go creates the specific micro climate thats creating the most healthy spot in the world.

Its why the temperature is stable and most of the time around the 20 degrees.

The area is so green and lush due to the fact around the Mont Go its humid so plants grow fast in the fertile landscape.

 

JOYJOYJOY HARBOUR LIVING

 

The harbour is embraced by two piers topped with lighthouses.

Both piers creates a nice hike along the rocks where people fish.

The views on the routes are amazing.

At every corner you perceive a different vista.

 

Its a pleasure to watch the boats come and go.

The areal of boats is endless….

This classic is one of our favourite….

 

And if you like its possible to jump on a boat yourself.

And look at the people at the pier while your on the boat.

We can rent one for you and with that you can go to other nice places along the coast for a nice lunch, or go to Ibiza for a drink at the island.

 

From the harbour of Denia the boats to the Balearen island, which are Ibiza, Formentera, Menorca and Majorca leave.

So if you like to jump to an island its easy. You can walk to the boats.

There is even a special party boat that leaves for Ibiza and comes back early in the morning.

But with all the parties here its not really a necessary thing to do.

The most small boats leaving the harbour are for sure the boats from the youngest members of the Real Club Nautico Denia.

In there optimists, the smalles children sail boat, the go to the sea to have games together.

Its really a pleasure to watch them and impressive what they can.

 

The club has boats in all sorts and the watersporters are having fun at the club on the jetties or in the harbour trying to reach the sea sailing between all the boats.

Its nice to wacht them sitting at the chirinquito from the club.

Its a good spot to see the harbour life goes by and watch the sailors coming in for a beer.

 

The Real Club Nautico Denia is a luxury club with a white clubhouse containing a chique white restaurant.

They even have there own inside swimming pool with great windows to overlook the harbour.

The harbour is a little city on its own.

It knows many areas and every departments has its own characteristics.

 

There are boats in every sort. From the luxury ships from rich and famous until the canoe.

The little laser sport boats goes up and down the harbour to find there way to the sea.

At the kite club you can sip from a drink and watch the kites go by with there colourfull parachutes dancing in the sky.

Here you can take your lessons while standing in the warm water.

The banners are waving in the wind and the sundown here is perfect with views until Valencia.

From the city you walk to the kite beach with your gear to jump on the water.

WALK TO THE VALENCIA BEACHES

 

At Catona Playa, the sissie of Catona at the palm square in the fisher village, the tables under the trees on the romantic terrace along the beach, offers magnificent views on the sea and the sun downing while the fresh fish is served.

 

At the Tequila beach bar you sit with your feet in the sand on wooden chairs drinking cocktails and eating fresh fish presented stylish.

Music will maybe get you dance.

 

If your a bit sporty its all on walking distance form the Casa, well we walk, so your able to enjoy the party without thinking of driving back.

you only need to follow the border of the sea in the night to get back to your bed.

Well it’s not a punishment anyway if the sea brings you back to home.

THE WINDSURF CLUB

 

If you ever thought a windsurf club with a white antique tower at the beach would exist you find it here.

Combined with the immense white iron bay watch tower its creates a unique architectural art work.

 

Boards, boats and catamarans are creating the perfect watersport vibe.

The banners are moving in the wind telling you the tale of the wind.

Is it blowing softly you can try to learn the first moves.

If its blowing lie crazy the trained people jump on the boards wooing you there moves.

 

Several restaurants and bars surrounds the club to support with some food of a beer to re-power your body.

The windsurf club is laid down in a corner of the beach heading to Valencia.

On one side there is a bay protected by a pier offering calm water

Beside its a shallow bay to get up and off your board easily.

Its the perfect spot to learn and train your tricks.

 

You can rent your gear at the club.

Several nice teachers are available to jump with you in the water.

Sitting at the bar your friends watch your attempts learning this great sport.

And for sure we can tell you its a great feeling to slice over the  waves.

On the other side the club is positioned right at the open sea.

So if the wind falls down with a lot power, from the mountain, often in the afternoon, its a great spot to jibe around.

 

From the bay at the windsurfspot you have great views on the surrounding area with the mountains around you.

HIKING ALONG THE VALENCIAN BEACHES

 

Along the coast line to the north you can take marvellous hikes.

Its a strip from about 10 kilometers that offers you great views, nice restaurants and beautiful buildings.

 

Its a strip where the old families, living in the city, has there old summer houses.

This creates a setting where you see adorable pieces of houses with a aristocratic character.

Palm trees reach to the sky and the mountains at he back creates the Diamont spot your part of.

 

One of the most famous restaurants in the area from Quique Dacosta, with a Michelin Star, is settled along the coast in an old little chapel.

Here you eat like the stars from heaven in a superior atmosphere.

LOCAL PRODUCTS AND HANDCRAFT

 

A lot of handicraft is made in the surrounding. The nature gives a lot of materials and since ages people work with that what nature gives.

 

There is a little village on the other side of the Montgo named with the fantastic neme Gata di Gorgos where families make rotan products for many generations. Along the road you see in the old antique buildings the rotan shops with all rotan products on the street creating a street market. The shops are there for decades and nothing changed, and thats counts to for the products. Rotan baskets, chairs, lamps, plaids and much more is everywhere. Its difficult to choose between so many lovely products. Ar least you will walk away with a charming spanish out fit because of the new hat on your head.

 

One of the most beautifull boutiques in this village is the famous pink store where the most amazing products are made is an unbelievable colour range. The elegant heads are worn from the French Riviera until New York. And the lamps decorate stylish hotels and restaurants.
