Solo Houses are our design for people that love to live alone. Living Solo is an ongoing trend what gives people the freedom to do what they like. We create a homy space from where you can connect with the world around you.

The design offers a corner to be zen, a corner to sport and cook healthy,  a corner to work on your ambitions and a corner where you meet that people around you. The interior is very fair fashioned and comfy. The space tells a story about how to UP-grade in Living. Within this space we wish you grow on the Happiness Index :).

There is a big garden where we can organise dinners. And a nice bordes in the sun to drink a tea and watch the boats at the canal. Every month we do  joyjoyjoy drinks if you like.

In a classic monumental canalhouse build in the beginning of the 17th century we designed very light classic solo spaces with modern details. Its very sunny positoned with a lot of big windows. The space has high ceilings with the original white glossy beams and classic chimneys. The original wooden floors are also dressed in glossy white.

Its all designed in a way to UP-grade upper living. Fair and eco-chic design completes the fairy tale. In this solo house people we connect you with the other solo’s to create a social community. With our spaces we find the perfect way to create UP-grading for your living. Joining JoyJoyJoy Society your part of our concept to build houses in South Africa for the people living homeless.

Amsterdam Centre | The Weesperplein | Solo Solo House

The Solo Solo House is perfect for Solos with a bar downstairs with some simple food its a perfect space to live solo but the enjoy company if you prefer. Beside the spaces are positioned in the hart of the student-area a spot full of solo people.

In the  stylish 19th century houses we designed solo spaces where every space has its own look and feel. The apartments have a common dress consisting a timeless pallet of wood, white and black. Some are classic with high ornamental ceilings and panelled hearths and others are rough with beams and roof windows. But one thing they have in common they are made to UP-grade your living with ingredients to live following the 4 Happy Handles for Honest Healthy Honour Human living.

On the ground floor you find the bar we organise the Solo Solos every month to celebrate the Solism Lifestyle. A movement to be aware that every way of living is up to you and the only goal is UP-grading!!!

Haarlem |  la Circuit de la Vie

La Circuit de la Vie is between the beach where you find the circuit and the city where you find La Vie. And life is a circuit now and then. And in this spaces you find rest and inspiration to drive relaxed in the circuit de la Vie.

The interior is based on the 4 Happy Handles with a corner to relax and think about your self, a corner to move with your body, a corner to work on your ambitions and a corner to be with your friends to fulfil the human handle in life. The 4 handels cover the 4 quadrants in your life. The space had this signatuur to create Happiness to grow on the index. As thats what we all want most as the science learned us. And the good thing with creating happiness you create also a better world. Lets celebrate that : ).
